Boyd and I moved to the Wynwood Arts District in Miami and created Casa Wynwood in 2015. Soon after decided we needed a little peace and tranquility next to the beach and bay yet we wanted to be in the center of Miami. Fly into MIA, jump in a 10-min uber ride and Exit 1 off the 95 to Rickenbacker Causeway and discover our version of paradise. In the 1960's Art Deco building, we first bought one unit decked out in KOHLER's smart home solutions. We love it so much, we snatched another condo for our guest bedroom. Both overlook Biscayne Bay. The first is dubbed Fun Flamingos and has the northern view of South Beach, the Cruise Port, Fisher Island, the Miami Seaport and the new UNA high rise development (in progress). Monkeying Around faces south and overlooks Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
